Kelly Krezek worked in Verdani Partners prior to founding New Earth Development and gained vast experience in sustainability consulting for corporate real estate companies. She incorporated best practices for environmental, social and governance structures as a Sustainability Coordinator for companies such as Howard Hughes, GID, PGIM, and Jamestown with diverse portfolios of multi-family, office, and industrial buildings, with over $100 Billion in assets under management.
She assisted in helping real estate development companies decrease their carbon emissions, improve sustainability, raise transparency, and increase social awareness for employees, residents and tenants.
Kelly worked with Verdani to help companies meet and exceed the GRESB Assessments and Benchmarks for Sustainability. GRESB collects, validates, scores and benchmarks ESG data to provide business intelligence, engagement tools, and regulatory reporting solutions. GRESB is a mission-driven and investor-led organization that provides actionable and transparent Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) data to financial markets.
