Citygrene

The Citygrene conceptual design is a 200 acre city built with steel shipping containers. This city design incorporated green energy tech, sports development, entertainment, agricultural farming, education centers, ethical and sustainable retail, live work environments, state of the art sustainable housing, and more.

Services Provided

As VP of Sustainable Development, we managed the architectural design, passive solar design, housing features and guidelines, energy, water, and waste systems, land purchase, development planning, municipality communication including building regulations, zoning, and permitting, regenerative design, and high tech home automation systems.

  • Provided sourcing all the sustainable and regenerative systems, materials, and companies who were to play a part in the development of Citygrene.

  • Created the financial analysis of all regenerative infrastructure and development.

  • Shared presentations and spoke with cities about land and building regulations and zoning for the project and how they could help improve the local community with their project.

  • Created luxury housing design concepts through architectural modeling.

  • Developed a plan for all the features that would go into the housing such as green roofs, aquaponics systems, smart home technology

About Citygrene

​

The Citygrene conceptual design is a 200 acre project in Northern, CA built with steel shipping containers. This city design incorporated green energy tech, sports development, entertainment, agricultural farming, education centers, ethical and sustainable retail, live work environments, state of the art sustainable housing, and more.

 

Regenerative design included disaster proof housing, geothermal energy, vertical roof gardens, atmospheric water harvesters, wind energy, solar, energy efficiency with lighting technology which provide greater energy savings and longer lifespan, and waste water recycling systems that save Earth’s precious fresh water so every drop is used to its fullest potential while the garden flourishes and creates energy for the home.
